About

You do not have to do this journey alone.

I believe that we heal in relationship – relationship to ourselves, to others, and to the world. When we are able to show up as our most authentic selves, raw and imperfect, we find our strongest sense of belonging, security, and centeredness.

Safe space to start

I want to invite you into a space where you can be authentically you. There are no expectations of how you show up, and no “right” way of being in this space.

Finding connections, gaining ground

I connect best with clients that want to be an active participant in their life. They are driven and motivated to make a lasting change and are willing to sit at the edge of their comfort zone to explore the uncomfortable and unfamiliar on their journey to creating the life they want to live.

Taking the leap.

Utilizing somatic-based therapy and attachment principles, I will work with you to find your power, your strength, and your ability to heal. Focusing on the mind-body connection allows us to treat your whole self.

With this connection, we are able to tap into the feelings and experiences that don’t always have words but that have had an impact on you.

The process of healing and change is messy and unique for each individual. I will work with you to create a space and relationship where curiosity and challenge are customized for your personal needs.

Together, we will create reparative and healing experiences that help you connect to the life that you want to live.

My Background

My education and credentials include a BSc in Psychology from the University of Utah in 2011 and an MSW from the University of Denver in 2015.

I have worked with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, compulsive exercise, trauma, anxiety, and depression in inpatient and outpatient settings. I also have experience in working through life transitions and identity concerns.

In sitting across from me in a room, you will find that I am human. I have a direct approach, and like to be real and honest. I invite you to be the same.

My being human

When I am not working, I am most likely outside. I love hiking and skiing, and my second home is on the back of a horse.
